The Great Tythe Barn, Tetbury Wedding Photography - Aaron + Charlotte

Aaron and Charlotte celebrated their stunning summer wedding at the Great Tythe Barn in Tetbury, surrounded by 60 of their closest family and friends. The day couldn't have been more perfect – sunshine, smiles, and heartfelt moments all set in one of the Cotswolds’ most beautiful wedding venues.

The ceremony was held inside the rustic 16th-century barn, full of emotion and personal touches. After the “I do’s,” instead of traditional confetti, guests waved colourful ribbon wands, creating a vibrant and joyful moment as the newlyweds walked out hand-in-hand to begin their reception.

As a wedding photographer, I took the opportunity to capture a drone photo of all the guests gathered in the gardens – a fun and unique way to remember the day. The grounds of the Great Tythe Barn provided the perfect backdrop for natural and relaxed wedding photography throughout the day.

During the speeches, laughter flowed as the groom, best man, and father of the bride all delivered heartfelt, funny and memorable tributes. Guests enjoyed drinks and sunshine while the barn was transformed for the evening reception.

We made the most of the golden hour with some intimate family portraits of Aaron, Charlotte, and their baby – a special moment for just the three of them. The evening kicked off with a romantic first dance to a live band, bringing the perfect end to a perfect day at this popular Tetbury wedding venue.
