Pre-Wedding Bath Photo Session
Come for the walk, stay for the memories - get to know your wedding photographers.
Think of this as a rehearsal without the script. We’ll spend an hour wandering the out of hand-picked location in Bath, chatting about your big day plans and snapping some relaxed, informal shots along the way. By the time your wedding rolls around, we won’t be 'the photographers'—we’ll be familiar faces, and you’ll already be pros in front of the lens."
The FAQ’s…
1. We are both really awkward in front of the camera - is that okay?
Absolutely. In fact, that is exactly why we do this! Most of our couples feel the same way. There’s no "modelling" involved; we just go for a walk and chat. The goal is to get those "first-time nerves" out of the way now so that on your wedding day, you can completely ignore the camera and focus on each other.
2. What should we wear for our stroll around Bath?
Wear something that makes you feel like you. If you’re comfortable, it shows in the photos. We usually suggest smart-casual outfits with suitable footwear. Comfortable shoes are a must but we will likely be wandering across paths and grassed areas.
3. How long does the session last?
We usually spend about 45 to 60 minutes together. It’s long enough to get a great variety of shots and have a proper catch-up about your wedding timeline, but short enough that it doesn't feel like a chore.
4. What happens if it rains?
This is England, after all! If it’s a light drizzle, we can lean into the romantic vibe with some clear umbrellas. However, if the weather looks truly miserable, we are happy to reschedule for a clearer day. Bath looks stunning in the rain, but we want you to enjoy the experience, not get soaked!
5. Where exactly in Bath will we go?
We have a few favourite quiet spots that avoid the heavy tourist crowds! Whether it’s the grandeur of The Royal Crescent, the greenery of Prior Park, or the beautiful Botanical Gardens, we’ll pick a route that feels right for you.
6. How do we see the photos?
The photos will be available on a private gallery, the same gallery that will show your wedding photos. You have control over what your invited guests can see.
7. How many photos can we expect?
Around 50-100 photos is typical.
